What If
 Someone offered you a simple, paperwork-free method of earning money from real estate.
Could you do anything with that?
 
Professional Relocation Services, once the exclusive province of larger real estate companies, are now available to you, as an agent with Exit Realty. Often overlooked, they take most of the hard work out of helping a customer with what is often a very stressful time in their lives.
One call to our Relocations Department and you’re done. You will not need to find and then qualify agents in other parts of the country, or in other countries. 
You will not have to follow up regularly to check on progress or where your referral fee is once the transaction has closed. 
You will not have to compose a referral agreement and then wait for it to be signed and returned. 
It’s all done for you and for far less than most other companies will charge their agents for carrying out the same service! This is the easiest way you will ever earn money in real estate!
 
Here are a few answers to some frequently-asked questions that should cover most of your concerns:
 
1.     Q: How much will this cost the customer?      A: Absolutely nothing! The customer will never be asked to pay a penny, and yet they will be provided with the best help that they can get.  Companies that we work with will usually have an information packet on their areas that they are happy to provide to referred buyers, and referred customers, both buyers and sellers, tend to get the red-carpet treatment.
2.     Q: What’s in it for me?    A: The referring agent traditionally receives a Referral Fee of 25% of the commission earned by the assigned agent from the referred broker.
3.     Q: What’s it going to cost me?    A: Exit Realty XL receives 20% of that referral check, in other words, one fifth of whatever amount the Referral Fee happens to be. This means that for a $500 referral check, Exit Realty XL receives $100. The remaining $400 is then split between you, the referring agent, and your broker at the usual rate. That’s money received for doing nothing more than picking up a telephone and passing on the details.
4.     Q: I want to stay involved in what goes on. Can I do this?    A: Of course! You can be as involved as you want to be. In fact, experience has shown that the more connected the referring agent remains in the process, the better the chances of success, as the customer feels that there is a team looking out for their best interests and working to support them, and consequently they are more relaxed. An added bonus is that if the two agents are connected, the agent with whom that customer has a relationship (YOU!) can often counsel and advise them should there be something happening in another state or another county that they do not understand, and need a second opinion on.
5.     Q: There is a specific realtor that I would like to work with my customers, or that they would like to work with. Can I specify that realtor?    A: Absolutely! We normally ask that he or she have at least two years of solid real estate experience, however that is not a barrier. 
6.     Q: Friends of mine are planning on moving from Florida to New Mexico, I am in Wisconsin. Is there anything that can be done to help them find good, qualified assistance, and still get me a referral fee?    A: Yes. The process does not have to even touch the state that you are in. We refer the customers out to two companies, one in Florida to list their home, another in New Mexico to help with the buying side. You get two referral checks, one for each referred transaction, and all you did was pass on some information.
7.     Q: What do I have to do?    A: We have referral information forms. Carry some with you, at open houses and also when you go to deliver a listing presentation. It presents a more professional image than most of the other agents out there, and gives the customer the immediate impression that you care! Do try to obtain as much detail as you can, the better the quality of the information, the better the job we can do on their behalf. Then, you just fax the form across to us or make a phone call and pass on the details.
